Our home

Our holiday home is waiting for rental on your next vacation to New Zealand. We make the home available during the summer months, and ensure the home is beautiful and ready for your family to enjoy.

Rooms and amenities

Bedrooms 

There are 4 bedrooms, plus an additional landing area with bunks and a TV.  Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (one king, two singles) and one bathroom. Downstairs, there is one double bedroom as well as the landing area with two bunks, and a bathroom.

In total the house sleeps 9.

Living spaces

There is a large open area upstairs with lounge and tv area and modern stereo. This area also houses the kitchen, dining area and a “nook” away from the main living areas but still connected to them. They all spill out onto a deck overlooking the lawn.

Downstairs the landing is a perfect area for kids to watch TV on the Galaxy Frame tv while parents entertain and enjoy life upstairs.

Outside areas

There is a wrap-around verandah, with seating including a romantic swing sweat. There is a deck overlooking the garden, and a large deck at the garden level. This has a large outdoor table, and shade umbrella.

Vehicle and bikes

Depending on timing we may be able to make our car (Tesla Model Y) and bikes (kids bikes, two electric adult bikes including a cargo bike that seats two children comfortably).

Location

The villa is located in Nelson’s nicest area, a short walking distance to the Cathedral and the city.
